By using SpeedEdge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under the age of 18, your parent or guardian must also agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13-17. Parental or guardian consent is required for all users under 18.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or upload videos. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to the App or on the Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of performance training.

  • You will not upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.

  • You agree not to misuse the App in any way, including attempts to hack or disrupt its services.

 

4. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of any videos or performance data uploaded to the App. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to use this content for:

  • Providing personalized training feedback.

  • Enhancing App functionality and user experience.

 

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Share your account credentials with others.

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App’s functionality.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Injuries incurred during training.

  • Loss of data due to user actions or unforeseen technical issues.

 

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
